project audition
we are in search of individuals who embody passion, versatility, and possess a strong physicality, coupled with advanced technical and composition-improvisation skills. the ideal candidate will exude exceptional artistic individuality, stage presence, artistry, and theatricality.
project scope
vagabondance is seeking 4-6 louisiana-based dance artists (male and female) for a 4-month rehearsal period and performance beginning january 2024.

project duration will span mid-January to the beginning of may and include a maximum of 2 daytime rehearsals per week.
​
*we are not able to offer artist compensation at this time
requirements
professional dancers ages 18+ with a strong foundation in contemporary forms, ballet, and improvisational work.
​
dancers must be able to commit to weekday rehearsal times to be eligible for the project.
