About the event
join vagabondance and special guest feldenkrais practitioner britta heermann-wynne for a two-hour session friday july 21st and saturday july 22nd as we explore and unpack our capacity for movement and our ability to heal, connect, and understand our bodies.
each session will begin with a movement for all class, followed by an ATM (awareness through movement) class facilitated by britta heermann-wynne.
$35 per individual session or $60 for both days.

please wear comfortable clothing that will not inhibit your movement. socks are recommended as well as a water bottle for proper hydration. yoga mat is optional but not required.
