About the event
join vagabondance and special guest feldenkrais practitioner britta heermann-wynne for a two-hour workshop monday April 1st, as we explore and unpack our capacity for movement and our ability to heal, connect, and understand our bodies.
each session will begin with a movement for all class, followed by an ATM (awareness through movement) class facilitated by britta heermann-wynne.
$45 per individual (advanced registration)

please wear comfortable clothing that will not inhibit your movement. socks are recommended as well as a water bottle for proper hydration. yoga mat is optional but not required.
