About the event

move lab is an extension of our movement for all classes, focusing more on the explorative elements through guided movement prompts, partnering work, and group collaborations. it is a time to play, explore your own movement and most importantly, have fun! bring water, socks, and a friend!

(no prior dance training necessary.)
